When it Comes to Strength and Stretching, Slow and Steady Wins the Race

Stretch and strength class has many benefits for dancers!

This class teaches our students how to properly execute specific exercises and stretches after class to help prevent injury by making their muscles more pliable. Students also benefit from stretch and strength classes by helping improve their posture, increase flexibility and range of motion, and strengthen muscles.

BE teachers never force or overstretch our students. They work with each student’s natural flexibility slowly and gently.

Our students see improvement over time. By doing this work, they learn that reaching a goal takes time and patience. Don’t do things rushing the process that give short term gains but may cause injury. Work the body the right way, and you will see long lasting rewards in the long term.

Even if your child is not looking for a career in dance. What they learn about fitness and reaching a goal in these classes will pay off in their life experiences.
